Jessica Chapplow

Selected as one of MediaWeek’s 30 Under 30, and a finalist for Women in Tech’s Young Leader of the Year award (2019), Jessica specialises in Ecommerce and Digital Innovation, focusing on the role of cutting-edge technologies, ranging from Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain to Augmented Reality, and their impact on the CX. In her current role as Head of Ecommerce, Jessica is responsible to lead, manage, grow and evolve all aspects of Havas Market’s UK offering, to develop commerce media strategies that effectively meaningful outcomes. Previously, Jessica held the post of Head of Digital Transformation at MediaCom and was the Global Ecommerce lead for LVMH. Throughout her career Jessica has advised Global brands, spanning a variety of industries: FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Luxury on accelerating their omnichannel propositions. Jessica holds a masters in Machine Learning and is a passionate advocate for ethical data use and reducing algorithmic bias to achieve responsible AI. She is the creator of Heartificial, which was designed to help people focus less on finding the perfect answer but to educate them to ask the right questions. In her spare time Jessica can be found playing Call of Duty, heading to the gym, or in search of the perfect Sunday Roast – most likely in that order!
